How it Works

We offer free delivery and free set up at your hotel or condo in Maui!

1. Start Your Reservation

Begin your reservation by clicking the "Start Your Reservation" button found on various pages of our website, Choose your rental dates and select from our wide range of products. During the ordering process, you'll see real-time availability and the total cost of your order. Please note, we require a minimum order of $50.

2. Complete the Order Form

To finalize your reservation, fill out the order form with all necessary details. If certain information isn't available at the time of booking, simply enter "N/A." You can send us the missing details later via email at

3. Confirmation Email

After completing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email. We advise reading through all the provided information carefully. To ensure our emails reach you, please add our email address to your contacts, preventing our messages from landing in your spam folder.

4. Car Seat Rental Service

For car seat rentals, we offer free delivery at your hotel or condo. We can also deliver them to our storage lockers next to the airport. Please see our Self-service lockers tab above for instructions.

5. Inform the Property Manager/Owner

Inform the property manager or owner that you've arranged for equipment delivery from us. Ensure you've given us accurate delivery information, including address, unit number (if applicable), door code, and contact details for the property manager. This helps us ensure smooth delivery and pickup, as direct coordination with customers during check-in/out may not always be possible.

6. Access Issues

In the event that a property manager/owner indicates we won't be able to access the property for delivery, please inform us as soon as possible. At most hotels, we can leave your items at the bell desk under your name.

FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

What part of the island do you deliver to?

We offer FREE delivery and pickup on the West and south side, including Lahaina, Kaanapali, Honokawai, Kahana, Napili, and Kapalua, Kihei, and Makena. We also have pickup lockers located next to the airport in Kahului for self-service. Please refer to the menu tab on our homepage for instructions on using the self-pickup lockers. Note: There is a $50 minimum order. For the south side of the island we coordinate with our partner nokaoi baby rentals and they will service your order.

How do I order and pay?

Place your order and pay via credit card on our website. You'll receive a confirmation and receipt by email immediately after. If you'd prefer to order by phone, call 808-250-4968. We have a 48-hour cancellation policy, allowing full refunds if you cancel at least 48 hours before delivery. No refunds are provided for early termination of rentals once delivered.

How does it work?

After placing your order, we'll arrange delivery with your accommodation the day before you arrive. If we need more information, we'll contact you. We aim to deliver items before your check-in and will arrange a pickup time the day before your departure to make the process hassle-free for you.

Is it free delivery?

Yes, we offer FREE delivery and pickup.

Will the items be in the room when we arrive?

We strive to set up before your check-in whenever possible. If not allowed by the accommodation, we'll deliver after you've checked in. Please inform your hotel or rental place in advance about our delivery, and provide us with the necessary contact details for scheduling.

How do we arrange for pick-up of the items when we leave?

We'll text you the day before departure to arrange a convenient pickup time.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, there is a $50 minimum order requirement.

Are your cribs full size?

Yes, we provide standard full-size wooden cribs, similar to what you'd have at home. Our cribs are movable and foldable so you can move them to different rooms.

Do you deliver car seats to the airport?

Yes, for car seat pickups and drop-offs at Kahului airport, we use storage lockers located outside the airport. These are in the food truck parking lot next to the Courtyard Marriott hotel and across from the Costco food court. Please place separate orders for car seats and any other baby equipment. Select your check-in date 1 day before arrival to ensure availability. You'll receive locker details and codes via text before arrival and departure. Specify "storage lockers" as the hotel name when ordering car seats.
