Location of Self-Service Lockers:
Located just outside Kahului Airport. Situated at the entrance of the food truck parking lot, next to Marriott Courtyard hotel. Directly across from the Costco food court.
Storage Locker Pickup Orders
Before Arrival:
Select a check-in date that is 1 day earlier than your actual arrival to ensure your items are ready in the locker. You will receive a text with your assigned locker number and access code on the day before your arrival.
Before Departure:
Expect a text from us the day before you leave with information on which locker to return the items to, including the return code.
Ordering Note:
When ordering, please specify "storage lockers" as the hotel name. Note: Cribs do not fit in the lockers, so please plan accordingly.
Car Seat Pickup & Drop-off at Kahului Airport
Location: Our convenient lockers are just outside the airport, at the very start of the food truck parking lot, right beside the Courtyard by Marriott hotel, and opposite the Costco food court.
Ordering Instructions for Car Seats:
- Separate Orders: If you're renting more than just car seats (like other baby equipment for hotel or condo delivery), please make two separate orders.
- Pickup Date: For airport pickups, choose a check-in date 1 day before you actually arrive. This ensures your car seats will be ready and waiting in the lockers.
- Locker Info: You'll get a text from us with your locker number and the code the day before you arrive, and again the day before you leave, telling you which locker to return the car seats to and the code for it.
- Order Form Note: When ordering car seats for airport pickup, please list "storage lockers" as the hotel name.
This way, everything will be set for your arrival and departure, making your travel smoother.
What part of the island do you deliver to?
We offer FREE delivery and pickup on the West and south side, including Lahaina, Kaanapali, Honokawai, Kahana, Napili, Kapalua, Kihei, and Makena. We also have pickup lockers located next to the airport in Kahului for self-service. Please refer to the menu tab on our homepage for instructions on using the self-pickup lockers. Note: There is a $50 minimum order. For Kihei and Makena orders we will coordinate with our partner company nokaoi baby rentals and they will service your order.
How do I order and pay?
Place your order and pay via credit card on our website. You'll receive a confirmation and receipt by email immediately after. If you'd prefer to order by phone, call 808-250-4968. We have a 48-hour cancellation policy, allowing full refunds if you cancel at least 48 hours before delivery. No refunds are provided for early termination of rentals once delivered.
How does it work?
After placing your order, we'll arrange delivery with your accommodation the day before you arrive. If we need more information, we'll contact you. We aim to deliver items before your check-in and will arrange a pickup time the day before your departure to make the process hassle-free for you.
Is it free delivery?
Yes, we offer FREE delivery and pickup on the west and south side of Maui, including specific our self-serve lockers next to the airport. Please note there's a $50 minimum order.
Will the items be in the room when we arrive?
We strive to set up before your check-in whenever possible. If not allowed by the accommodation, we'll deliver after you've checked in. Please inform your hotel or rental place in advance about our delivery, and provide us with the necessary contact details for scheduling.
How do we arrange for pick-up of the items when we leave?
We'll text you the day before departure to arrange a convenient pickup time.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, there is a $50 minimum order requirement.
Are your cribs full size?
Yes, we provide standard full-size wooden cribs, similar to what you'd have at home. Our cribs are movable and can be set up in the specified room upon order. They do fold and are easy to move.
Do you deliver car seats to the airport?
Yes, for car seat pickups and drop-offs at Kahului airport, we use storage lockers located outside the airport. These are in the food truck parking lot next to the Courtyard Marriott hotel and across from the Costco food court. Please place separate orders for car seats and any other baby equipment. Select your check-in date 1 day before arrival to ensure availability. You'll receive locker details and codes via text before arrival and departure.
